Why should I order from GardeningWell?
We can offer our customers a diverse choice of over 500 quality ornamental trees, shrubs and specimen plants at a competitive price with free nationwide delivery.
How can I be sure my order will not be damaged during transit?
We have over twenty five years experience in plant handling. Damage in transit is rare and where it does occur the goods are fully insured and will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are dispatched within 21 days of ordering. Customers need to be aware that some plants are only available at certain of the year. Root-balled trees are only delivered between November and April.
How do I pay?
Customers who provide us with card details are charged at time of order.
What happens if some items are unavailable when my order is received?
If a split or two stage delivery is necessary for reasons beyond our control we will advise you of the likely timing of the second despatch with the first delivery
Will you automatically provide close substitute plants for any items which are unavailable at the time of despatch?
Only if you specifically give us permission to do so when ordering, or if we get specific permission to supply a close substitute in a subsequent email.
Do all prices include VAT?
No, all prices are ex vat. VAT is added at the checkout stage during ordering.
