Refund and Return Policy
Customers who purchase items from Gardening Well Ltd are entitled to a full refund or replacement (within 30days), if they are not satisfied with their purchase or items were damaged during transit.
Items damaged during transit must be reported immediately to Gardening Well Ltd . You must inform the courier of the damage, retain the item in its original package and the courier will return the item to us at no cost to you.
If you are unhappy with an item, you have 7 days to return it to us in its original packaging from day of initial receipt. We will not accept items that have been planted, then lifted and placed in its original packaging and then returned to us.
Prior to returning an item, you must inform us of the product code by email that this item is being returned.
Gardening well Ltd are not responsible for the costs incurred in returning an item.
Until we receive the item you are returning, it remains your responsibility. For your peace of mind we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items.
